Class Schedule

Are you looking for a practical, realistic self defence class that focuses on more than just physical skills? That's our speciality. We'd love to have you join us for some effective, fun and empowering training. Most of the programs at Sisu Women's Self Defence are offered as private group sessions, but we occasionally offer classes with open registration. Private group workshops are easy to arrange and very affordable. The scheduling flexibility makes them a great option for any social group, team, club or business. We can come to you, or you can arrange for a session at one of our partner locations in the Halifax Regional Municipality.

Self Defence Workshop Schedule

Sisu Women's Self Defence's Be Your Own Superhero workshops, RunSafe Clinics and Specialty Clinics are single session programs that run from 1 to 3 hours in length. When new workshop dates are added, they will be listed here. Private group workshops are available throughout the year. Contact us with questions.
