Class Schedule

Most of the programs at Sisu Women's Self Defence are offered as private group sessions, but we occasionally offer classes with open registration. Private group workshops are available for booking all summer, and are a fun option for any social group, team, club or business. When classes with open registration are offered, they will be posted on the schedule, below. These classes will the offered at one of our partner locations.


Self Defence Workshop Schedule

Sisu Women's Self Defence's Be Your Own Superhero workshops, RunSafe Clinics and Specialty Clinics are single session programs that run from 1 to 3 hours in length. When new workshop dates are added, they will be listed here. Private group workshops are available throughout the year. Contact us with questions.


8-Week Programs

Our 8-week programs are winding down, and there are no Basics courses offered over the summer except via private group training. Contact us if you have questions about private group training.
