Sisu Women's Self Defence is now on the summer schedule. 8-week programs are not offered though the summer months except as private group sessions, but short workshops may be added for July and August. Private group workshops are available for booking all summer, and are a fun option for any social group, team, club or business.
Self Defence Workshop Schedule
Sisu Women's Self Defence's Be Your Own Superhero workshops, RunSafe Clinics and Specialty Clinics are single session programs that run from 1 to 3 hours in length. When new workshop dates are added, they will be listed here. Contact us with questions.
Our 8-week programs are winding down, and there are no Basics courses offered over the summer except via private group training. Contact us if you have questions about private group training.
